Neon bright pastel blue! What a fun color to wear for photo-shoots! This lipstick was super creamy and oh so pigmented! It was a little tricky to apply because it had a lot of slip. Lips should be prep with blue liner or primer. Possible Dupes: MAC Dream Pot, Lime Crime No She Didn't.
